health
(First of all, I want to clarify that it is a personal point
of view).
It is difficult to talk about this issue since it has many
points of view, on the one hand it is seen what private health is and on the
other hand public health, showing, (again) the level of classism that exists in
Chile, then, Talk Health in general becomes complicated, since they are two
totally different realities.
Starting with public health, where many times there is not
the amount of medical material that staff need and they are forced to
practically improvise. While on the other hand there is the private health
system, where these problems almost do not occur and this is an issue that I
can talk about from the knowledge since I have seen how doctors in public
systems have had to work with what they have. While on the other hand I have
also been taking care of myself "privately" and it is something
totally different, starting with the amount of elements that each professional
has for their area.
This is something that has been seen for a long time in the
country, so we know that it is not something that can be changed so quickly,
health like many other things will continue to be private to be of
"quality"; Which is unfair since having a chance to be treated in private
doesn't mean it has to be better. everyone, as human beings, should have the
same opportunities, no matter what.
I hope that this can change faster than we expect because it
is necessary in all circumstances, in all diseases and in all social classes.
I hope that my words do not offend anyone and I want to
emphasize that medical-health personnel have always been the most sacrificed in
the face of these inequalities, even before the pandemic began.
Hello! I agree with all what you say. I believe that the public and private health systems are totally different. It is unfortunate because in many cases the good disposition of professionals is not enough, since many technical implements are required that are generally poor in public health. I hope this situation improves.
ResponderEliminarHi! I totally agree with you. We are all equal people, so we should all have equal rights. Class differences in essential services such as health is something that should end NOW. Greetings!
ResponderEliminarHi. I am sure that we all agree that the main problem is not the staff, which usually only fits what they have and can do, but the monumental difference that you just mentioned.
ResponderEliminarIt is not possible that to receive quality health you are obliged to go in a particular way. There are hundreds of people who do not have to pay and are left to die. That is completely unacceptable.
I agree with what you have said, I believe that the public system must be completely reformed and reorganized so that we can all have access to quality health.

I totally agree that there are gigantic differences between the public and private systems. Differences that should not exist when what is at stake is the application of one of the most fundamental rights of the people.
ResponderEliminarThe problem started when it was created and I really doubt that they will change based on the competition between private and public :(
